4. No Financial Transactions

The Site does not collect payments, solicit funds, store financial information, or process financial transactions of any kind. Any external purchases, donations, merchandise, or memberships connected to Monolith Gaming are governed by separate terms on third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Company Content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, branding, proprietary concepts, digital assets, layout, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Monolith Gaming, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Monolith Gaming is not responsible for:

Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted under United States federal law:

Monolith Gaming expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
